Service
We put the people we work with and for ahead of ourselves. On every job there’s a client, a crew and trade partners counting on us — service means asking what they need right now, especially when it isn’t the easy choice.
Custom homes on your land, and spec homes we build and sell. Design through final walkthrough, one company accountable for all of it.
Explore new construction →Kitchens and baths, additions, full-home renovations, basements and decks. The work that built this company.
Explore renovations →Whether we’re building a new home or rebuilding the one you already have, we’re making decisions you’re going to live with for a long time.
So we think beyond what the project looks like the day we finish.
Will the layout still work when your family changes? Will water stay where it belongs? Will the things behind the walls hold up? Did we spend your money where it actually matters?
We’ve spent years opening up existing homes and seeing what happens when those questions weren’t asked.
Shallow footings. Bad flashing. Leaking showers. Framing shortcuts. Things that looked perfectly fine when the drywall went up — until they weren’t.
You learn a lot from taking failed work apart. It changes the way you build.
So whether we’re remodeling a bathroom, adding onto a house, or starting with a blank piece of ground, we’re thinking about the same thing:
Build it for the life that’s going to happen there — and build it so somebody doesn’t have to come back and fix it later.
Projects across the Susquehanna Valley. Start with the ones closest to what you're planning.
Most of what goes wrong on a build was decided — or not decided — before anyone broke ground.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. You’ll get a realistic starting range before we hang up — and if we’re not the right contractor for it, I’ll tell you.
We walk the project together, then work it through trade by trade. A detailed estimate isn’t worth much if nobody has clearly defined what the number includes.
No PDF with a big number at the bottom. We sit down and go through what’s included, what’s not, and where the money is going.
We’re not just entering a jobsite. Logistics agreed before we start, a written update every week, and nothing changes scope or price without a signed change order first.
You build the final punch list, and it gets cleared before final payment. Then we come back at six months and again at a year.
How we do the work is just as important as the work we do.
We put the people we work with and for ahead of ourselves. On every job there’s a client, a crew and trade partners counting on us — service means asking what they need right now, especially when it isn’t the easy choice.
We get really good at what we do, surround ourselves with people who are great at the rest, and never stop improving. It isn’t knowing everything. It’s being honest about where you’re excellent and where someone else is.
We steward, respect and multiply what we’re trusted with: time, money, materials and effort. Not just protecting your resources but putting them to work, so they come back as a better result and a home that lasts.
Matthew 25:14–30
We give freely and cheerfully to the people around us — and not just money. Our time, our skill, our patience, credit where it’s due. We look for ways to help, and we give without keeping score.
We set the tone. Every job has problems; we’re the people who say “here’s how we get it done,” not “here’s why we can’t.” Attitude is contagious, and ours is worth catching.
“Mike layed out the plan and the cost of everything before starting and had a budget for tile and other things so we knew at the end, how much we would be paying for the whole project.”
“From start to finish Mike was there every step of the way. Whether it was raining or the sweltering heat he was there. He built our dream deck and it came out better than we had even hoped. High quality work from a stand up guy.”
“From the beginning of our total kitchen remodel, he was caring, kind, honest and passionate about our project. Our kitchen looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier!”
“Despite a mid project redesign Mike and his team were able to stay on schedule and delivered us a bathroom that was better than we imagined.”
“He did all of this out of the goodness of his heart and no charge to us. Who does that??”
Dianne wasn’t our client. Another contractor had gutted her master bathroom and left it in a state that had to be torn back out — plumbing, tile, all of it.
No obligation and no hard sell. Tell us what you're thinking about and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right company for it.
