What we collect through this site, why we collect it, and who else sees it. The short answer is: what you type into a form, to do the work, and nobody we do not need.

We collect what you send us through the forms on this site, we use it to answer you and do the work, and we do not sell it. We are a construction company, not an advertising company. If you would rather just talk, call 570-979-0489.
Only what you type into a form, plus a small amount of technical information that comes with any web request.
When you request a consultation: your name, email address, phone number, the project address, the type of project, a description of what you want done, any photos or files you attach, and how you heard about us.
When you tell us about a property: the property address, what kind of property it is, anything you tell us about it, and your name, phone number and email address.
When you apply for a job: your name, email address, phone number, the positions you are interested in, your years in the trade, what you tell us about yourself, and any resume or work photos you attach.
When you register as a trade partner: your name, business contact details and address, your certificate of insurance expiration date, your license number, whether you carry workers’ compensation, your specialty, and any files you attach.
Automatically, with any submission: the date and time, the page the form was submitted from, and the country the request came from. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
That is the whole list. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not use what you send us to target you.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it to lead brokers, home-services marketplaces or other contractors.
That is worth saying plainly, because in this industry it happens constantly. If you fill out a form on this site, the only people who see it are us and the companies listed below that help us run the business.
We use a small number of outside services to operate the site and the business. They only receive what they need to do their part, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where we need to in order to establish or defend a legal claim.
As of the date above, this site sets no cookies of its own and does not track you across other websites.
We may add website analytics in the future to understand which pages people find useful, and we may use advertising tools that rely on cookies or similar technologies if we start advertising online. If we do, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Project records are kept as long as we need them for the project itself, our business records, warranty obligations and applicable law. Inquiries that do not become projects, and job applications we do not move forward with, are kept for a reasonable period in case something comes up later, and then deleted.

We will do our best to honor a deletion request, but we may need to keep records tied to a signed contract, a completed project, a warranty, an insurance claim or a legal or tax obligation. If that applies, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will work through it with you.
Form submissions travel to us over an encrypted connection, and the services listed above are established providers with their own security practices. That said, no website or email system is perfectly secure. Please do not send us Social Security numbers, bank account details, card numbers or copies of government identification through a form on this site. If we ever need something like that, we will arrange a secure way to hand it over.
This site is meant for adults planning construction work or applying for a job. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
